Linda Anderson-Little has been an ordained pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America since 1989. She is interviewing for a new congregation in the Northern Texas-Northern Louisiana Synod where she and her husband moved toward the end of 2017.
This blog is about experiencing God in every day life. Linda published her first book of essays, Motherhood Calling: Experiencing God in Everyday Family Life in the fall of 2016. Her book won the 2017 Indie Book Awards prize for Christian Non-Fiction! This blog seeks to expand the experience of noticing, sharing and broadening our insights regarding the presence of the sacred everywhere, encouraging others to take note of "God-sightings" as a way to deepen faith and our relationship with the divine.
Linda has served congregations in Detroit, Kansas City and St. Louis. She also ran a home business for 9 years while staying home with her 3 children. She is a gifted preacher, retreat leader, writer, spiritual director, and pastor. She is in training to become a Prayer Companion for the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatuis of Loyola through The Bridges Foundation and is completing her Graduate Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Aquinas Institute of Theology this summer.
Linda is married to the Rev. Dr. Dan Anderson-Little, Pastor of Legacy Presbyterian Church (USA) in Frisco, TX. They have 3 young adult children: 2 sons and a daughter who's a freshman in college.
